How long will it take untill I receive my rebate?
In most cases, the processing will be immediate; however, depending on whether or not your receipt needs manual review, it may take 24-48 hours for the review to be completed. If you have not received any updates in 3 business days, please contact us at consumersupport-cm@ourcart.com
Can I get a refund for an Amazon purchase?
No. This offer is valid for purchases of one single box.
Purchases of the 6-box pack at Amazon will not be eligible for the rebate.
What is a manual review?
Sometimes the photos that are submitted are taken in poor lighting or all the information is not clear for any number of reasons. If we don’t have all the required information for the software to confirm the validity of the receipt, one of our team members will personally review your submission to help push it through!
